Many New Jersey residents is a sense of deja vu last winter, after the first winter storm of 2010 killed more than 20 inches in some areas.
A leakage of up to 20 inches has planned for Philadelphia, which was postponed in the Eagles-Vikings game in the NFL because of snow, but meteorologists said the city later, in the end no more than a foot.
