AAA is working to reduce death and driving while impaired by alcohol New Year's Eve and New Year, is offering a free tow - and a return home - for drivers who exceeded.

Twenty percent of all drivers last year led to a motor vehicle within two hours of drinking, according to a recent study by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Thirteen percent say they have done over the last 30 days.
