Actor Rip Torn pleaded guilty to charges in connection with a shooting bench, as he was driven by excess alcohol and confusion.
80, Torn announced yesterday a two-year probation and six months imprisonment and three years probation.
He pleaded guilty to charges of dangerous threats, criminal offenses, criminal mischief and carrying a firearm while intoxicated.
Torn was arrested earlier this year after police discovered they had raided a branch of Litchfield, Connecticut Bancorp.
He said he believed incorrectly that the bank is located, but does not explain why he has his own house with a gun in force.
I initially pleaded not guilty to the charge to change its statement on Tuesday.
To avoid prison, Torn to take random drug and alcohol use and possession of a prohibited firearm.
