This week’s episode of South Park begins with the boys poking fun at Arnold Schwarzenegger’s family problems. Although Butters is initially shocked to learn that Arnold is married to Skeletor (Maria Shriver), his thoughts quickly shift to a more pressing matter.
Eric Cartman was furious, and he proceeded to shake the boys’ table while telling them that the lengths of their penises were on display. He quickly led the boys to the poster and pointed out that his penis was much bigger than the listed size of 1.2 inches.
Cartman measured everyone’s penis and compiled the information onto a new poster. He placed the new poster over the old one and told everyone that he was happy with having the smallest penis in school. In fact, he was only irritated that Principal Victoria marked his penis as being .2 inches smaller than its actual size.
Principal Victoria hears of Eric’s antics and sends him to anger management. Eventually, Cartman sees a psychiatrist who proceeds to insult his weight. Cartman looks at the psychiatrist calmly. The psychiatrist has no clue that Eric is concocting a plan that will result in the death of his wife.
Moments later, the psychiatrist receives a call from his wife. Apparently, she killed herself because of the information Eric sent her. Although the psychiatrist is extremely afraid of Eric, he enrolls him in a group anger management session. The other members of the class include the City Wok guy and one of the Goth kids.
Meanwhile, Randy Marsh teaches the 4th graders how to accurately measure a penis. The children learn all about T.M.I. However, the school disapproves of Randy’s teaching methods and they hire a professional to replace him. Randy returns to the classroom and beats the replacement to a bloody pulp.
Randy’s actions land him in Cartman’s anger management class. Interestingly, the classmates cannot discuss penises without becoming angry, so they go on a crime spree when their instructor brings up the issue of “penis size.”
The anger management teacher realizes that there is a direct correlation between T.M.I. and rage levels. He proposes a plan which should lessen the anger of his students and prevent the destruction of the local FedEx office.
The episode ends with a public service announcement proclaiming that any man with a T.M.I. over 1.5 inches has an above average penis. Although this announcement pleases Randy and the gang, it frustrates Eric. His 1.4 inch penis is still considered small.
