New vice-captain Brad Haddin of Australia has spoken in defense of his captain Michael Clarke.
Clarke has an image problem in Australia, but Haddin has confirmed the success and win the Oz public discontent.
As one of the seven New South Wales side as Clarke, Haddin knows the people of Sydney will be more understanding of his teammates that if the game is played in Melbourne.
Haddin said: "I played most of my career in first class with Michael and he deserves to be in this position.
"This is a very good captain, and we have seen that in the Twenty20 games and has led dayers.
"From this standpoint, we are 100 percent behind him, and being a friend of mine, I will support him as best I can.
"The best man for the job now that is Ricky.
"He has a very good cricket brain and I think you do a great job and pride in Australia."
